New Miami Dade Next Level Program starts Monday June 14th and will last throughout the summer up until Saturday, August 21. Our program will be lead by coach (Joe Rivera) and head athletic trainer (JD Dages) thay both will be working hand in hand with the players on a private/group basis this summer.  If you are interested in learning more please email us and we can answer any queastion that you may have. We will also be using specialized professional baseball coaches throughout the summer to provide additional instruction for the players.

 

The weekly schedule will begin on Monday June 14th as follows:

 

Mondays/Weds:      10:00-12:00am            Strength and Conditioning                 South Florida Rehab

Tuesdays/Thurs:     10:00-12:00am            Baseball Training                              Tropical Park

Fridays:                 10:00-12:00am            Agility & Baseball training                  Tropical Park

Saturdays:             10:00-12:00am            Intrasquad/ practice scrimmages        Tequesta Trace Park, Weston

 

As the summer progresses, we will schedule some games with local high school summer teams to gauge how the players are progressing and give them some confidence.  However, please keep in mind that this program is designed to make the kids stronger and better players….NOT to play in tournaments.  With that said, we may schedule a tournament or two late summer or, rather than create a team for tournaments, selected few will particpate with the current Next Level Recruiting baseball teams where the players chosen can be put on the roster of 16U teams for specific events based on their skill level.  This is also a very good relationship to establish for the players to be on the recruiting grid for college.

 

The weekly cost for this program will be $125.  This payment can be made weekly in-person to Yoli Carvahal at South Florida Rehab (305) 310-3585.  This fee covers the cost of personal training and baseball training and field rental for the week.  No one is making a profit from this so if there are any extra funds they will go to other baseball related resources for the kids such as additional hitting and pitching instruction.  Please let me know if this fee is a hardship and we are happy to figure something out.  Also, we understand that families travel during this time of year so we are collecting fees on a weekly basis rather than for the entire summer since families may be out of town certain weeks.
